Good communication is seldom only about words and documents, it is also about images, pictures, presentation and colour. The aftermath of Enron has put enormous new pressure on executives to closely monitor performance, to be able to quickly pick up on out-of pattern results and show that they are in control.

What we do is help these executives define exactly what their imperatives are in respect of monitoring performance, and design a system that will deliver them.
